How do I get the 30 day money back refund?

We're sorry to see you go. If we can do anything to help you, please let us know.

To cancel your account, please read open a support ticket.

You will receive an email back confirming you were cancelled at such time. If you don't get this email back within 24 hours, we didn't receive your cancellation request and you will be held responsible for any charges as a result.

We will try refund you the same day we get the request. However, please allow up to 15 days.
